  • Domestic: Typically 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.

  • International: Varies by destination; please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.

5. Tracking Information:

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment’s progress online.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

  • Locations: We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. Please check our website for a list of available countries.

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been handed over to the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any issues with delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

1. 30-Day Warranty:

  • Full Money Back: If you have not used your Euro Kit or you are not satisfied with the hanger, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

2. Free Replacement Parts:

  • Eligibility: If any parts of your product are defective or missing, we offer free replacement parts within 30 days of purchase.
